I was always concerned about wide distance between eyes and undefined facial line including eye and nasal nose. The Doctor recommended two surgeries, eye and nose for better result. My eyes were enlarged by 2mm toward the nose with the medial epicanthoplasty, and raised the height of my nose by 2mm after shaving off concaved nose ridge. My ear cartilage was used in order to reshape the nose. 28 days after surgery, the swelling on the eyes is almost gone although a little swelling on the cheeks is still there because of the rhinoplasty. After the surgery, I have heard the word, ‘mature’ instead of ‘cute’ from my peers.
