Beat Fatigue with Stretching

Abnormal spinal curve causes muscle and joint structure to tighten up and leads to poor blood circulation which lead human body to experience lower metabolism rate and fatigue. Especially, muscles on neck and upper back are very important to prevent fatigue. Tightened muscles on the neck interfere blood circulation toward the brain. As less blood goes into the brain, people feel tired due to insufficient nutrients including oxygen and ATP.

The stretching to prevent fatigue

1. Deeply inhale the air and hold it for 3 seconds.

2. Exhale while lowering shoulders.

3. Repeat this three times

1. Spread your legs as shoulder width.

2. Raising the arm overhead with flexed elbow and grap the elbow with another hand.

3. Pull the elbow toward the head and hold it for 10 seconds.
